Edina Reads
Edina Reads was established in 2005 as a community-wide reading program that encourages active reading, lifelong learning, and thoughtful conversation.
Expanding on its origins as a speaker program, Edina Reads launched an annual writing contest for ages Kindergarten to adult in 2021 and created neighborhood book clubs in 2023.
Eight Years of Edina Reads
We’d like to take this opportunity to thank founders/organizers Maureen Millea Smith and Dick Crockett for organizing 80 events through 2022 since founding Edina Reads in 2005.
